How fast can I book a scooter?
You can book online in about 1 minute by choosing your dates, scooter, and checkout details.
Can I pick up the scooter at night?
Yes. Palms & Wheels offers 24/7 self pickup and drop-off through our lockbox system in Aldea Zama.
Where is pickup?
Pickup and drop-off are in Aldea Zama, in a safe area with private security.
Are helmets included?
Yes. Two helmets are included with most rentals.
Is insurance included?
Yes. Insurance is included. Terms and limitations apply.
Do you hold my passport?
No. We do not hold your passport.
Do I need a cash deposit?
No cash deposit is required. A refundable card authorization hold is required before pickup.
Is mileage unlimited?
Yes. Unlimited mileage is included for local Tulum use.
Is road assistance included?
Yes. Mechanic assistance and road assistance are available during your rental.
Is there a storage box?
Yes. A storage box is included.
Do you offer delivery?
Programmable delivery may be available with advance scheduling.
Can I ride to the airport?
No. Airport rides and long highway routes are not covered or recommended.
What is the minimum rental?
The minimum rental is 2 days.
Do you offer weekly or monthly discounts?
Yes. We offer 20% off for 3+ days, 30% off weekly rentals, and 50% off monthly rentals.
