Do I need to leave my passport?
No. We do not hold your passport at any point during your rental. Your passport always stays with you.
Do I need a cash deposit or pre-authorization hold?
No deposit and no pre-authorization hold. We keep a valid card on file for the duration of your rental, and your passport always stays with you. You'll only ever be charged for amounts owed under the rental terms, with notice and documentation.
Is insurance included?
Yes. Insurance is included with every scooter rental. Terms and limitations apply.

How fast can I book a scooter?
You can book online in about 1 minute by choosing your dates, scooter, and checkout details.
Where can I pick up my scooter in Tulum?
Pickup is in Aldea Zama, in a safe area with private security, just minutes from La Veleta, Tulum Centro, Region 15, and the beach road.
Can I rent a scooter in Aldea Zama?
Yes. Our pickup location is in Aldea Zama, so it is the easiest place in Tulum to rent a scooter if you are staying nearby.
Is pickup available 24/7?
Yes. Palms & Wheels offers 24/7 self pickup and drop-off through our lockbox system in Aldea Zama.
Can I book a scooter rental online?
Yes. Booking is fully online and takes about 1 minute.
What is the minimum rental?
The minimum rental is 2 days.

No. Airport rides and long highway routes are not covered or recommended.
